Mr. Miller brings to Meriturn over 20 years of experience in management and leadership positions in the security alarm and systems integration industries. He has founded several successful companies, and executed more than 25 successful M&A transactions during his career.
Most recently, Mr. Miller co-founded Sentinel Vision Inc., which develops web-based monitoring hardware and systems for the consumer security market. Previously, Mr. Miller founded and raised capital for Axcellis, Inc., an application software developer for dealers and manufacturers in the security alarm industry.
Prior to founding Axcellis, Mr. Miller served as General Manager for Protection Service Industries (PSI), the 13th largest security alarm dealer in the US with over $30 million in revenue, where he managed a team of 80 and was responsible for the successful integration of 15 different acquisitions. Mr. Miller exceeded sales and financial targets by 130% in this position. Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Miller founded Quality Home Protection, where he spent 15 years building it into the 33rd largest security alarm company in the US, with over $11 million in revenue, 17,000 accounts, 6 offices, and more than 110 employees. He also executed 15 M&A transactions within a six month time frame, increasing Quality Home by more than 133% before selling the company to PSI and successfully managing its integration into this division of a Fortune 100 private company.
Mr. Miller holds a BA in political science from California State University, and an MBA from Trinity University.
