Ms. Davidson has 24 years of corporate finance, capital markets, and business development experience with both large and middle market corporations in the U.S. Until April 2002 she was a Corporate Finance Specialist with Wachovia Securities.
Ms. Davidson advised middle market clients in the Triangle, Eastern and Triad regions of North Carolina from 1992 to 2002. She led strategic studies, designed corporate finance plans and restructurings, raised senior debt and equity, and worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, application software, healthcare services, education and training.
Ms. Davidson joined Wachovia in 1978 in Winston-Salem and assumed responsibility for corporate banking relationships located in the Western United States in 1979. In 1981, she helped open the Chicago office of Wachovia Corporate Services, Inc. and served as manager of the office from 1982 to 1992 when she relocated to North Carolina and joined the Capital Markets Division. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1987.
Ms. Davidson received a BA in English Education and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
